081224 :: BJ Day Tour... Great Wall + 798

Woke up at 6sth and got onto Jen's Taxi, then hang round with Jen, Fanny, Carmen and Hon in BJ for the whole day...

We first got to the Great Wall to see the Snow... 慕蓉峪 this time, and I beg this is the part of the Great Wall which I had visited 8 years ago~~~ @@"














Walk up and played the slide thing down... Coz there's no much people there, we had loads of fun of taking great pictures.. HAAAA~~~!!! I think is is better than 八達嶺 much much more, and indeed nearly all the tourist there were HK people... heard quite a lot of Canton all the morning~~~ =) Besides, happy of using the 1/2 price student ticket~~















Went to 798 afterall and hang around... Free entrance for students at the Dior Show... Naaa... the show is amazing... presentation of Dior's fashion in the past century... pity that photo shooting is NOT allowed!! huuh~ Saw the souvenior Caf kept mentioning, and we all think it's ugly of costing 200 RMB a pair... Keep hanging around and left to DaDong for dinner...

The gang were amazed and happy with the food there!!! Haaa... Duck again for the 3rd time!! Anyway... we had roasted duck for Xmas dinner... cool!! And I found out it's only me who loved that sweet 蓮藕 dish... huhuhu... OK, left there by metro and I back dorm to prepare for the next day trip to Harbin...

081223 :: Busy day again but massage

Feeling kind of sore with my body today...

8am ethic class... then econ class... and back dorm becoz I have to pick a parcel at Bldg 2... Had a quick pancake lunch from the supermarket... then go back for the business writing class...

Didnt had mandarin class as I was really TOO tired... HAHA... and gone for massage.. I can feel that my should has broke...

Had Mcdonald and back dorm at 830... Then prepared for next day's activity...

081222 :: dEv's FIRST skiing experience...

Been to Namshan today with Jen, Fanny, Carmen, Hon and Caf for skiing...




Jen got me the Snow Pants and we catch up with the Namshan bus at 830... aaaaah got to the site... and it's relli BIG... feeling kind of worry as this is the fist time for me to ski... they asked if we would like single or double board, and 3 of us go for snowboard, while the other 3 were in skiing... got dressed and felt REAL BAD with the snow shoes... relli cant walk with them on my feet...

We booked 3 hrs tutor for skiing in the morning... Fanny, Caf and I were in the same group for the double board... with 2 stick on our hands... we did warm up exercise, learnt how to get on with our slide and some safety precautions... haa.. quite funny... The hardest thing I beg is to learn how to stop when on a steep slope... After trying back on forth, I think I can slide a little bit...

Lunch at the "western" restaurant and had some spagetti, and snacks... got out again, where Carmen and Hon return to their snow board training; Jen, Fanny and Caf prefer to take pictures around; and me, keep yawning that I shd go up to the mountain... Since no one bother with me, I go up along finally ==" Indeed, I met a Porturgese old man on the cable car, and he took care of me for the for the journey.. We tried the EASY route twice... and for the first time, I fell onto the ground of NOT knowing how to get into my slide... he came back and saved me.. HAHA...

The route is fine for beginners, long but relli not too steep... Seeing all the kids skiing in front of me, I do think I shd practise more... Anyway, joined the 3 gals for taking photos at a snowy slope... We even tried to climb up that slope!! HAAA.. big fun... looking for photos at Caf's camera...













Hot pot at night in a place which is kind of out of nowhere.. URGH... taste no relli great... missing 海底撈 now...

081221 :: -14 degree hard working day

Woke by jen's call at 10, asking me to go to the Zoo//
I asked, is it the real zoo? and of coz not... she and fanny were going to the zoo market for leggings... alright... anyway, not going out... and she kept telling me how cold it is outside..

Worked on Dowling's exam paper... I took the paper B which had a total of 5 Qs... Each Qs need to write 200-500 words, but it was like nowhere to start... I took nearly an hour to understand the Qs, many more hours for research... and many many more for finishing the task... MAD!!! It was very very difficult... Ya, I think he got a good exam paper for us, the Global Business Journalism students, but it was really too much for me!! Anyway, happy that I finished all by myself, without asking help from anybody... alright... I didn't cheat!!... Gonna send him this earlier this time!!!

Cooked Undo at dorm and used mom's satay sauce... added in onion and honey sausage slices... Indeed I think it looks quite nice, rite? =) HAAAA... but I like the taste of spicy soya sauce + oyster sauce more... which taste more like home style food!!!

081220 :: Yum Cha~~!!!

Woke early and catch up with the coach at 930, E gate, for the HK society Yum Cha... They said the place is close to 三元橋, yet I still duno where it is!! Anyway~~

The resturant is called 唐宮... Hoey said its opened by the same boss in the hk branh... HAAA.. since it's free lunch, we DID ate loads... HAHA... naaa, see, food filled the whole table... the dim sum there taste OK only, not as good as those in HK... ERM... some taste a bit wierd and generally quite oily... Anyway... still happy coz its FREE!!














Back dorm and back to my work... ARGH!!! Finished business writing final paper, which I beg I relli wrote a good piece... huuuuu~~~

Anyway, take a look on the Christmas pressie I bought myself... (high heels again)... will bring back to HK for sure as it's in BABY PINK!! Haa.. Gave an excuse for myself that I will wear it in CNY... 200+ but its relli relli pretty... Seems I am pretty sick of buying high heels...

081219 :: My interview with a market analyst

Woke up early and got to Guamao to meet up with Pete for interview... We had lunch ad a Jap noodle shop and he gave me loads of informative answer on my Qs towards the 4 trillion plan... So nice =) He's so kind and explained loads to me...

Anyway, started to go home but saw an exhibition which is called "A 30-year history: exhibition on China's opening up" at the exhibition centre nearby... jump inside coz it's free and spent nearly 3 hours there... haaa.. gd thing again, which gave me a brief introduction on how China has modernized... indeed, many of the information has been came across during dong's class...

Got some agnis b pencils and back to dorm for hw...

Cooked myself a Borsh for dinner... haha campbell canned food only but taste quite good =) and see my DRIED bread... erm... relli dried... but matched well with my soup~~~ Hard work dEv...

081218 :: Bob Dowling cried!!

Late for Dowling's class becoz of his xmas pressie... HAAA.. i bought him a tree and asked the whole class to write a note for him on a piece of A4 paper, and put the paper inside the cylinder cone box for the tree... looks relli pretty... and he was surprised and cried for our tree...

Mad at Jonnathan, the African guy, who gave me a note of saying that I made such an ugly paper for Dowling to sign up on the behalf of our class... he know's nth, juz commeng on my paper, and i beg he's really rude... Michelle, who sat next to me, was mad when she saw the note he gave me too... told Sue later, and beg we go to be careful with this guy!!

081217 :: Out finally for dinner

Stayed in dorm for a whole day... sleep and drafting the questions for Friday interview... Naa... I dated a friend from Spain (indeed somebody I met accidently when I was having lunch along in GuoMao a few months ago)... who's a market analyst from a Spanish bank... Alright, he's gonna be my interviewee for my 4 trillion yuan paper...

The task is really hard... I had no idea where to start... keep reading online news and photos taken by jEz on my "forgot to bring back to BJ" papers in HK!!! TKZ!!

Jen called, and came for the blanket... She said she cannot get Caf, so I decided to had dinner with her... Naaa... I planned not to go out tonight... but anyway... Coz I was dressed, I pop into Tien's farewell night too... No alcohol of ocz, as I do need to have a clear mind to work... He got me a coke, and I left after an hour, leaving with a pear!! TKz!! HAaaa..

Back to work... and after the nice chat with jen during dinner, Started out on my Qs for the interview and sent to Mr Pere... Zhou said she will count the interview Qs into the total marks!!

081216 :: ridiculous requirements in business writing class...

Ethic class.. presentation of 20pp ppt in 5 min... keep speaking... and duno y prof fields found one of edison's photo so funny and kept laughing... as nikita described, "he laughed like suffocating with his face all in red, and you were so funny and asking him y was he laughed like that"... yes, it is odd when you are doing presentation but your prof suddenly broke into big laughter... and field's answer was funny too... "who will put sth so awful on himself?" and we come to a conclusion during lunch that, he must had one of this stupid tank in his wardrobe that he can't believe even edison chen, the big celebrity in hk, also wear it in the advertisment... =="

Naaa... Zhou's business class.. I was really mad... she said, she had our quiz and hw marked and will send us back, and many got full marks in the quiz (yes, and any cheated too!!)... then she said, please do not make up answers in your quiz, if you don't know, then write I DUNO!! But that's a quiz... I don't know to 0 marks, right? Then, she said...
- I deducted students half of the mark if he or she make up answers... you are journalist and you suppose to give only the correct things to your readers... never write things which are uncertain...
> DAMN, how do you know we are making up answers? that can be our interpretations!! besides, you are giving us a quiz, QUIZ, which you said you do count the marks which you care so much!! So why shouldn't we try our best to get it done???

081215 :: Another day of HARD WORK!!

Worked hard for the book review of Comp China today.. Did that book on Wenchuen Earthquake bought in the book exhibition in summer...

Spent a whole day on the paper, + testing the ability of my new ricecooker for my 清寶倆... ARgh... what's that word?? anyway, used mom prepared ingredients plus a pork to boil it... Haaa.. SUCCESSFUL, and looks so nice... taste good too =) but i think it will be even better if there is no 懿米... anyway... HAHA, happy with my soup tonight and drank the whole bowl (5-6 bowls...? i forgot!!)

081214 :: Delicious Jap Food

Met up wif Jen at 4pm in the Merchant Bank to get the bank account... Coz, we would like to buy stuff at taobao... HAHA... my A&F 羽絨... and many other stuff...

Started to the Jap food rest 四葉 at Chaoyang... Jen has been talking about this for long... as the Sashimi here taste very very good... She said, she really got to come here to celebrate after her finance exam... And she warned me that this place is just for the RAW food... they cannot cook the cooked stuff well... Naaaa... Menu in Jap and Eng, which is kinda hard to read... Anyway... Ordered 2 sushi meals... And we had Steamed eggs and crab soup too... and many many sushi~~~

Happy meal and see how happy Jen is when she saw there's sushi in front of her!! HAHA... Looks nice, right? and taste soooo good too... there's people at the next table who spoke in Canton-Mandarin... saying that this is the best place for sashimi all around BJ... ERGH... he's quite noisy indeed... and guess... that's really an expensive meal... cost 200+ per person... anyway... relli relli satisfied of didnt have GD jap food for sooo long... na, i missed that restaurant in CWB!!!

081213 :: Hidden City

Bumped into Caf's gathering today... she told me it was belgium tasting last night (that's y i go...) but end up becoming coffee tasting... disappointed..

Took so long to find the Hiddent City (the venue) with her 2 African friends... the 2 keep arguing on Christian is better than Catholic, and white doesn't mean beautiful so y we always said white skin is good... blaa... real annoying... I said nearly nothing all along as i really want them to stop... it's so stupid, why do you have to force people to take your point of view? Luckily I don't have these sort of classmates, otherwise I beg my class will never end due to class discussion overun...

Had a tea set at 35RMB, with a cuppucino and a piece of cake... shared my opera with Caf's NY cheese... Argh, the cheesecake taste great... The place was opened by HK people, which we did met the manager and asked for his namecard... Haaa.. he introduced the place to us too~~ Gonna use this experience for my consumer reporting HW for Dowling's class!!














Bumped in Hani at the place... She's a Korean girl, of the 07 class in Caf's course... a nice girl who speak in a tongue of Am accent... She's sooooo cool, and look really like a big sister here and insisted to bring us to shop with her... I was amazed when she showed me her piles of 100RMB notes when she said she had prepared these for today's function... OMG!! She brought us to a Jap restaurant too and treat us a lunch-like-tea... (coz we started off with coffee and cake this afternoon for our first meal) Anyway, she bought 2 hair band at 200RMB each, plus another top... she did want to buy the bag which cost 2000RMB, but since they don't receiver credit card, she didnt buy it finally!!

I told Jen, then she said, "WOW... HAHAHAHA ned to cancel the jap food for your guilt?" (we dated for jap food the other day...) erm...

Met up with Gemma(my GZ client), her bf, and another Singapore guy who's studying architect in Tsinghua for dinner... We had roasted duck in am "out of nowhere place", where there's no MTR to get down there... And MAD, you know, the Singapore guy was living in my building, who's Paul's (my aussie classmate) roomate!! Then, he said, he watched paralympics final too... So funny, he didn't know canton, but we keep on saying canton... and he just kept eating out the whole meal...

Go back to Tsinghua together and walked around in Wallmart... didnt' find a nice rice cooker, and let me see for tomorrow...~~

Hide in my room for a whole day for the Ethics final paper...

Ordered the fried pork food to cheer myself up... HA... I really want curry, but I shdn't risk of getting my teeth yellowish, right? Anyway a big meal tonight... and really full... It looks so nice, and cost me 33 RMB... (Ha, expensive)... then stuck to the paper again...

081211 :: Lost & Found of my bracelet...

Exhausted day...

Dowling class in the morning... Then got to facial shop... The story started here... I was asked to take off my bracelet... I remember I put it into my jeans pocket, then left for 39 RMB Buffet lunch at Tofi.. I love the pumpkin soup there, drink 2 big bowls, and had lots of cream puffs.. Back dorm to pack up my stuff for the afternoon class, and met up for Prof Han on the Econ appointment.. Joined Prof Feilds and Prof Mott's Guest Lecture, and there I found the bracelet was missing in my pocket!!!!!!!!!

Where is it??

called to the facial shop and asked if they saw it, went there, and search, and search also at Tofi... Called parents and cried of dropping the diamond bracelet... Ya, I was too unhappy... hanged off, and called jEz... and she kept comforting me.. Back to school for Dong's class... and thought if I had dropped it at Watson's...

Exhausting day, back dorm, and found that it was at my toilet sink...

I beg its that I dropped it when I sat onto the toilet, and the room service lady pick it up for me... THANKS... I am really lucky...

Called mom and told her the good news, and also jEz...

081210 :: Glenn Mott's travel guide

Since I accidentally met up with Glenn Mott and Gregg Fields yesterday at their office, Prof Mott told me that he is going to HK during Xmas!!

Erm... promised him to grab him a travel guide for HK... and he suggested to hike there too!!

Dowling's make up class in the evening with PIZZA!! WOW... tkz prof you got us really SOOOO many pizza!!! Luckily that they are not hard at all, and I can enjoy every pieces during his class...

Keep working on the travel guide today, and beg Prof Fields will be mad as he said that I was "shaking my head at the wrong direction" when he asked how far we are working with his final paper...

081209 :: Tired day after the flight

Busy for Zhou's presentation till 4, and Ethic class at 8... Late, and feel so bad as I was real tired... Fields gave us back the term paper + Quiz last week... He said the media was 80, and he gave 92 for both of my papers...!! OMG, that's really a GOOD grade, right? Even I don't really know what I was putting down for that 20 minutes quiz!!

Econ class... and didnt pay attention as I was keep preparing for Zhou's presentation... ERM.. Can't believe I was the one who started most... ==" Alright, Bird seems not even started... Took a quick lunch at Chiu Lan Restarant for Beef Noodles.. then back again for preparation... My teamates don't really look CARED... URGH... Alright...

Tkz Kay for my photo... I look so ugly~ Plz Mr Penuwat why you keep saying unrelated stuff... Zhou cuts the presentation during his part and said it's TOO LONG... and there should juz be one sentance about the news and one sentance to back up why we think the news is important.. But I remember clearly that she also said something like, treat us like those who had never heard of the news!! ALRIGHT!!! OLD ANGRY LADY, we won't argue with you!!

Quiz again, with 4 questions and 2 is about Balance of Payment... What the hell will I know about Balance of Payment!! I will be happy if I passed again... Saw that half of the class cheated... Alright... If this OLD LADY would like to mark our standard like this, let it be, I don't want to care.. and I don't want to CHEAT for full marks!!

Didnt had mandarin class today as I felt too weak, back dorm and sleep... Alright, I don't want to be sick in this sort of bad weather, when all my papers were at the "not yet started" status.

081205 :: Sharing Taxi Fee

Called Taxi which arrived at 550... I planned to ask him to drive me to ZhiChunNu... then I can take underground to the airport...

Got down, and saw a Korean girl and boy there talking to my taxi driver... THEY GOT SUITCASE!! Asked if they are going to Airport, YES, and Asked if they would like to got together and share TAXI fee!! COOL, $35 to the airport..

The driver took the 5th ring road... ERM... I think, 4th ring is closer... Anyway... Arrived as early as 630... and my flight was 900... ERGH... found some food there which taste REAL AWFUL... then slept till the gate opened... Flight delay for 40 minutes... And right... Food on S Airlines is REALLY DISGUSTING...

Writing class in the morning, then back dorm for assignment... It was too cold today that I didnt go out... until dinner

Date with Jen for Canteen Resturant Egg Yolk Pumpkin Dish!! HAHA, she told me she would like to have good food because of her exam!! alright!! Lucky that I found one more who is addicted to this dish!!

Since it was too cold and windy, I didnt ride my bike... Walk to the restaurant and met up with Jen... so looks COLD too... HAAA... Had a great but very cheap dinner and I forced her to drive me to my building for my class...

Dong is having quizes... Erm... I have never think of writing down bank, insurance... WHY?? anyway... Asked Nikita to WALK back with me though he had his bike... Steven saw that and gave me a ride at his back... ERH... so embrassed as I think I am real heavy!! NAaaa... Anyway... back dorm and pack up things for tomorrow's flight!! ARGH!! MISSED HK FOOD!!!

facial, had a mcdonald fish burger and dorm again for assignment...

work sleep sleep sleep and wake up for another curry meal... I am pretty sure my teeth will become real yellowish after 2 consecutive days of curry meal... But you know, i have been waiting for a time for curry, for more than 2 months!!!!! Alight, dentist on Sat anyway... And tonight's curry taste far better than yesterday's =)

Ethic class in the morning... Quiz... I feel so bad to write 2 essays in 20 minutes... so demanding... especially that's EARLY IN THE MORNING!!

Econ class, then went to LUSH for lunch... ARGH!! Met Nikita, Lida and Anna there... and they asked me to join... feel bad that the 2 gals keep smoking... Ai... I hate the smell of my hair... anyway, happy talk...

Back dorm for Zhou's news class... no quiz this week because we keep on asking Qs... but many HW to do ==" ai... Marcus group forgot about newsroom presentation... anyway, next week's our time... and I prob will be doing a piece of international news for THAI!!

Got to Ms Chen's place for mandarin class, and back campus at 7 for the WenChun Earthquake Public Hygiene Talk... in MANDARIN!! I beg it's like 65% understand? erm... this guy keep saying Chinese people has no sense of public hygiene... they just talk about it, then folloing the rules to do it, but do not understanding what the rationales behind... ergh.. alright... he acts like, he's so superior, in the field... =="

It's like, he's really a professional speaker and he's juz travelling around for money more than for talk. VCDs, managers... blaaa, that's a business... And keep saying "I love you" for 100 times in the 2 hours... MAD...!! Well, we know not more than 2 hours, and I feel really terrible... Anyway, the theme is about... everybody is unique, and if you have faith you will succeed... blaa... Heard he's a Christian and had a talk in HK a week ago too..

Had a little suprise when I bypass the reception counter today... Got a card from Ms Wong, which I thought was jEz... Then I saw it was sending from CWB... ARGH!!! Right!! It's RITA!!! That's the 1st xmas card I recieved this year, and tkz loads for reminding me that it's Dec already, and Xmas is coming!! Wana scream out that "YOU ARE SO SWEET" but she must be sitting in front of her msc at leighton 25F at that moment... HAHA... anyway... real happy about it... Yet, she used a memo to write everything to me... does it mean that she want me to reuse the xmas card, by sending it back to her? HUH no way!! it's mine!! XP

081130 :: N Church

Woke up at 11 sth, finished the Profile Paper, and went out...

Tkz jEz for getting me the tourism office address... The China network is really crap!! Can't load even their local websites... Anyway, out, chatted with mom during the journey, and being cut off several times by China Mobile, the BEST network in China!!

By pass the HKSAR "embassy" in BJ and took a photo for it!! HAHA, quite funny!! and the Office looks quite nice too!! There was a cantonese food restaurant next to the building... Will it taste good? Is it run by HK cooks? ERM.... But I didnt try out finally...

Got to the tourism to grab all the tour guides and publications to prepare for Dong's final paper... Erm... Cant believe there can be so much and it's really Heavy...!! The office is next to 什剎海... Today is the first time for me visiting this place in daytime... Its interesting to watch these Chinese people doing around in the open area... Flying kites, Practising Chinese Calligraphy, Dogs, Sports... Real funny

Took the bus to the N Church, but it tooks me quite a long while to walk there... It looks really nice, and had some Chinese style on its architecture.... Saw that the mass will be at 6pm, so keep waiting and wandered around... Ate some snacks in the shops close by, and bought some chestnut at a show which loads of people were lining up... It taste quite good... Alright, if I had time, let me come over and get some for mom on Thur!! =) Back to the church half at 5.20pm (I think this is the first time in my life of going to sunday masses so early)... The choir is practising the gospel in a mandarin version... Why did that lady always sooooo high pitch? urgh...

Tonight, I accidentally bought a pair of high heels!! >< I really didnt intend to buy anything, but I just get into the shop, due to my curiosity of knowing about the local brand which looks a bit like lesaunda in HK, then there's crazy sale saying the high heels cost just $120 pairs!! I saw one which looks really nice, and my curiosity again drives me to try it... just to check how comfortable can these CHEAP shoes can be... Then, O... It looks really nice... so I tried for my size... which I do not relli fit in both 35 and 36... and the sales was so nice that she brought me a new shoes pad to try with the 36... and it fits well!! And looks very cool with my black pants!!! URGH... then... I found out that it indeed cost $240... Struggled for so long if I should buy this pair of high heels that I may have nowhere to wear!! But, brought finally.. and keep having a complex feeling of guilty and happiness... =="

- Started on the 1st graph for 200 words essay of Eng Writing

081128 :: I swallowed a huen huen!!

Woke at 9 and attended Ms Chen's final Chinese course for the IMBA...

Gone to lunch myself at JiuLan market, and had a korean bowl rice which taste awful...

And I found out that I had swollowed one of the 圈圈 at my teeth after the lunch...
Feeling so bad, as that 圈圈 has been in my mouth for nearly 2 months... And I swallowed it today >< Yes, and it's finally, I swallowed a huen huen!!!

Slept long in the afternoon, finished one Ethics readings, and cooked dinner... UNDO again... taste so gd =)

I think I gonna miss this class and Fan Hong much.. She asked us for lunch together afterall, also to celebrate Paul's belated bday...

She treated us a buffet lunch at an italian cafe... at the E gate... Taste gd... Marcus asked about her husband, and she told us that her husband died 3 years ago in a car accident... We were so embrassed, even she said she's alright... yet, she said during that year she cannot work and moved to the states... Really sorry to hear about that...

It's about Corporation Social Responsibility... felt a bit like an advertising session on Boeing's gd philosophy, but anyway, that's why a big corporation works, and the Head of the CSR dept is really sincere...

0500 Mandarin Tutorial...
Got to ZhongGuanCun early to prepare for my mandarin tutorial... Rush session today... and Miss Chen was just back when I called her!!

0700 Contemparary China meet up on final paper...
Prof Dong said I did well in the proposal... that he said it's just like I had already handed him the final paper.. alrigth, that's just a draft and I still have loads to work on. He's really nice... And keep saying that I did well in the 2 presentations in his class... Tkz... Anyway, he said I can change my topic from "designing beijing welcome pack for foriegn students" to "designing welcome pack for GBJ students in tsinghua"... And I am thinking now that it maybe more usefull if it "Welcome pack" for all foriegn students in Tsinghua... Argh, let's c!

Dinner with Paul, Nikita, Anna and Lida... Mad! Paul and I was supposed to had Mcdonald's... but we end up at a Korean Rest with Korean Vodka which taste awful... Left early myself because of the hot water curfew.

081126 :: My Phone Dropped into the 馬桶

Didn't go for Hot topics, didn't go for mandarin elementary class
Slept till 11...

Did some studies, facial, dorm, and DROPPED MY PHONE INTO THE TOILET in my room...
From my email to mom on the my bad luck,

"Well, I dropped my mobile phone into the TOILET!!
And luckily it was the toilet at my dorm, I was brave enough to pick it up from the 馬桶...

Ai, I was taking off my shorts and I heard "Bom" then I turn around and saw it inside that hole... Grab it with my hand, and washed it at the sink.. Then, I thought... Should I dry it? That's electonics, supposed shouldn't be washed like a dish...

Wasted many tissue papers to dry it, but I can here there's water inside the phone...
Keep waving with it at my hand, and water drops keep slashing out from the phone... I finally ends up putting it in front of my hairdryer for 1.5 hours... This is really a miracle... it still function...

Though I am really bad luck in these few months in BJ, I beg I am blessed somehow... if it was dropped the public toilet here in BJ... I wonder if I will still grab it back.."

Back GBJ to discuss the news clip presentation with Nikita and Sue...

My Bloomberg account is expired because I haven't been using it like 2 months... Well, got to reactivate it by calling up to the office... so embrassing...

Started with Nikita describing Russia, and many juz go out, and speak...
My turn... but I think I am really not a good student in this course... Mr Fields asked if I was from Thai... and everybody laughs loudly, especially the Africans... TKZ!! Alright, finished without big mistakes, tkz Masie for the compliment =)

Then, Econ class...

Tkz Mr Paul for presenting a ppt which I really cannot say, I fully understanding... Tkz... anyway... hai...

Then, Lunch with Jen at E gate Jap food Canteen...
She recovered finally... loads of talks!! HAHA happy time...

2.15, Buss Writing Class...

Again, mad with all the new terms introduced.. And I got my Quiz from last week.. Prof Zhou said 3 got 100 (which all are local students, Hannah, Lily, Yisar) and nearly all international students failed, including me... I had 45... and I beg she has been nice to me already... I saw Marsha go Zero... erm...

Miss Chen is busy today... so didn't had Mandarin tutorial...

Instead, met up wif Jen on the bus and go for tomato hot pot...
Erm... not tasting too gd...

We start our dinner at 5pm...
and end it at 730...

Got to Wallmart... bought tissue and canned pork... but got stomachache...

081124 :: HK's media structure

Tkz Gregg Fields your assignment took me like 8 hours to finish it... I spent 6 hours for the essay and 2 hours for the 5 min presentation which I hope you won't forget tomorrow...

Whole day in my room, working... with SNACKS!!

Cooked a Crap dinner tonight... Dumplings got rotten (I think coz I didnt put them in freezer)... accidentally opened the can mushroom soup... but not with a can openner... See how 'barbarian' I like!! It took me like 20 minutes to get the can of soup poured into the container... I MUST BUY A CAN OPENER SOON!! So, guess what I made finally?? "Cream Soup Undo"!!! It's something inside tomoko matsuzono's lunch box which I had been envying for a year. I remembered I told dad, but he said he don't know how to cook this dish!! Anyway, since I as to hungry and I believe plainly the soup cannot feed me full, I decided to throw the undo there and that's how it's made!! Looks awful but taste alright woh!! Maybe I was really TOO hungry!!

081123 :: Mom's 1st HW done...

Finally sent out mom's hw in the morning...

Cooked my lunch, and was mad that all the meat was rotten... End up with a tuna fish tomato source pasta there... ARGH!!! Anyways, real hungry and finished the WHOLE bowl... be frank, it taste not THAT good.. I missed my ham!!! and I beg I need to get some tomatoes back!!

Took some rest again, and go to church... Na, I was NOT late finally...

Had a 康師父牛肉面 as dinner, and go straight back to Wudoukau to see my massage master... My should feels like breaking... Very Very painful... >< Had a 1.5 hour massage and back dorm with a pack of Korean snack!! The miffy tissue is for jEz!!

081122 :: Tsinghua Singing Contest

Drunk last night, and woke at 6 waiting for the morning hot water =="

Upload Hongzhou and ApLiuSt photos on facebook... See how drunk I am, updating album which should had done more than half a year ago...

Slept again till 1500, washed my clothes, and catch up with Sue and Nikita for dining at the W Canteen... Forgot to bring my wallet, which Sue had paid me for my 4 dollars dinner... ARGH... had tomato egg, my favorate dish...

Arrived the Old Hall quite early, but there was a long queue outside... it's cold, and we have to wait till the doors open... ARGH!! POOR!! Anyway, was really excited to discover how this Old Hall look like inside... HAHA.. Singing Contest in Tsinghua, must be interesting...

The show started at 1910... and it's like 3+ hours long... Naaa.. many local students got to missed their hot water curfer at 2300!! The show is really entertaining... Nearly all were male participants, and some sang really well... One can handle Jacky Cheung's song so well!!

The overall standard is so-so... and I was amazed buy a guy singing 家駒's 海闊天空 in Mandarin... Let me give you a brief idea down here:
"gun tin woh... hong yeah nu kan suet piao gwoh... wai juet leng kuet liu di xin woh piao yuen fong... fung yu nu jiao gang... ...."
It's too amazing that even Sue (brazil) and Nikita (russia) started to discuss what language is this song supposed to be!! LALAALAAA~~~!!! Laughed die me!!

Another guy wore his track suit to go on stage... Naaa, he even didn shave and looks real awful... Just like he has just waken up and go down to buy breakfast...

There was a girl performing Beyonance "crazy in love"... O my god again... she dressed "SO SEXY" and juz keep on shaking her body and shout with her inventings notes... Be frank, I cannot regconize when is the real scream or when she was really trying to sing... That's horrible and Sue keep saying that she felt VERY SORRY for this girl who act like this on stage...

The girl from the business school singing "Habenara" (French Song) got the champion... She can really sings, and her song in the heats was "think of me" from Phantom... She deseves the prize =)

Another girl from our school also won the champion on the "original composer" section... She made her song, and the lyrics, and performed... She's sweet, and love her voice loads...

Enjoy loads of this funny show.. erm.. Tsinghua TQ... INTERESTING!!

081121 :: GBJ class gathering

Woke up at 9 in the morning and got back to GBJ for the talk... Met Sue and Sian outside and they told me that this Korean Talk was not conducted in Eng, nor Chinese... but in very bad Korean tone Mandarin that they cannot understand, and that's y they left the room and sitting on these benches... Accidentally met the PHD Korean man Sunny, so just for my curiosity I asked if Korean guys spit at a practise... DAMN this fucking guy SPIT in front of my by answering my question... Who is he and what the hell did he know what he was doing? Tsinghua, PHD, my facaulty!! I am very ashamed to have such a schoolmate here... of presenting himself of so supremem and disrespectful to others... I dare not to talk to either him or parker from now on!!

Left with Sue and Sian to grab the Concert Tix... We decided to meet up at 1315 at NE gate and go ahead to the silk market... I got a silver bracelet for my black cashmere... I didnt intend to buy it... juz I think it looks quite unique, and I tired, and the shopkeeper was asking me for 240... I said no... and said 40... and turn out dealed at 50... URGH.... Anyway, I am happy.. =)

We walked over to 世貿天階 to burn our time, and wandered around there... Haaa... and found something which is far more amazing than the underwater screen I saw last time... Discovered by Nikita, that's the wonderpark for Chinese kids!! He asked me if I had been to these places when I was young... URGH... prob not!? The he asked, "if you were a kid, do you think you will enjoy to play here?!" hey man that's a philosophical assumption... and I asked him back, which he replied me with a second of thought... "ERM... YES..."


Table was booked at 630 at DaDong... The other 4 leaving from campus were SOOO late... and we have decided to order some while waiting for them... I still find the duck this time taste GREAT!!! It's so delicious...!!! We ordered 2 ducks and some other dishes... Happy meal with my classmate... and we had loads of fun and gossips!! And my classmates (esp the guys) were so happy when the pretty waitress help them to wrap the duckie thing...

Anna brought us to the Russian Rest afterall for dessert and drinks... We had Russian pancakes, Russian Vodka, drinks, snacks, and the vegetable soup... Naaa... I really dont' undertand why this 7 people gang end up finishing 3 bottles of Vodka... I know that I am drunk... Feel so bad of missing the hot water curfew when back dorm, and bad too of drunk!! It's soooo dizzy.... Anna said she would like us to join for clubbing, but becoz though we were drunk, we were still concious, and then we proposed to go back to Tsinghua... 5 stuck inside a TAXI and that Aussie guy keep singing on the way!! Tkz buddies u guys brought me loads of fun!!
