It cost me only 320RMB for this 全包團... WAHAHAAA... So Good...
Woke up early to catch up the coach at 630 in the morning at the NE gate... we picked up the Peking U frenz, then we started our journey to DaiTong. It took us like 4 hours to arrive our lunch restaurant...
The tour guide keep asking us avoid to have any expectation for the food for the meal... Well, indeed, I think it taste really alright especially the noodles... Got to know about Caf's classmate in the meal... Including me, there are 10 of us... which 4 are from HK (Caf, Norma, Roger), then the couple (UK + Brazil), a Pakistanian gal, a Brazil Guy, a GAY Canadian Guy and a French Guy...
After that, the 1st place we visited is 懸空寺... WOW... you know I longed to go to this place since the first time I watched it from TV... it's really amazing, of the temple building on such a steep slope... Took some photos... and was still amazed by the scenery here... Jen, Y dun to go wif US??
The 2nd statio is 九龍壁... indeed, it's not really too amazing, and 10 minutes is already very enough for you to take pictures there... I think 九龍城 is really better than 九龍壁... at least there's more to eat... ARGH... so we chat if there's 九龍壁 in HK, but turn out we have no idea...
The next spot is 華嚴寺... It looks quite nice, and the temple and the buddha were all built by 契丹人... And there are exhibitions around as it is also the Daitong Museum... Ha, just figured out I took some pictues for Mrs Tam, send her now sin~!!Had a nice dinner that night, then we go to our "MOTEL"... Alright, with this sort of budget, already looks NOT BAD... Yet, since there's no heater in the room, its SOOOOOO COLD... After dropping our luggage, Caf lead the team out for TuTao... A very famous dish at ShanXi... Erm, know what I am talking about? That's really shocking, and disguesting... But since they are so eager to try, I also put bits into my mouth... Anyway, it taste like chicken...
We back to "MOTEL" around 11 and played those "truth/dare" high school games... Feel so young to be with the gang, doing stuff which I had not been doing for ages... HAAA... and found out that, the foriegn couple in the group had sex at the tower of the great wall during their camping activity last week... OMG!! They were proud to admit that!!!
It was really so cold that I didn't take any shower and jump into bed withou changing any clothes... Every time I move inside the blanket, I can feel the cold air coming in... URGH!! Hate that much, which I later found out it's -1 degree there!! ARGH!! NO HEATER!!
The next moring we visited 雲岡石窟... Erm, these 石窟 reminds me my time wif jEz and dino @ the silk road... Caf said if we take pictures there, it will look like we are @ Eygpt... Think so?
The last station is the 木塔... it was built like 1500 years ago, and have withstand a number of earthquake... It looks quite nice and really very wooden... Indeed I was quite scared when climbing up... as if there's a fire, how can I run away?!?! Anyways, you can see how inclined the tower is after the soooo many years... Had lunch in a small restaurant near to the Tower... which I do appreciate very much on the 刀削麵 AGAIN!! Yeah~ took like 4+ hours to back BJ, had a quick dinner with half of the gang, then back dorm, wrote postcards, and slept...
