Woke up at 11 sth and started the Ethics readings... Gosh, so difficult, took some snacks for lunch and had a nap... Woke up, readings again... it's all about NY Times V Sullivan... which all of these are law documents about the NY times publishing an Ad concerning some political issue, which the police officer, Sullivan believe he was the bad guy whom the Ad referring to, indeed his name has never been mentioned... the first trial for the court, Sullican won, getting a compensation of $500,000... Yet, when to the upper court, they used the term "actual milace" to overthrown the first trail, indicating that unless this somebody can proof the publisher really HATES him well, otherwise, he cannot sue the other of libel...
God, spent like a day for studying, and only took the 16 RMB delivery pork egg rice as dinner ><
