Woke at 6... and woke up Jen, and get out together for the 1 Jan Flag rise... It was sooooo terribly COLD there... and my dear fren forgot her gloves... The event was a lovely one and I beg I have to go again as I see nothing except the flag rose to the top spot and some bird like things flying out from Tainanmen... Didnt see how the soldiers marched out for the ceremony...
And, Slipped D60 on the floor again ==" Luckily it was not hurt...
Got to Zoo with Jen again where I bought many many socks and 2 tops... And I was so happy with the terribly cheap socks there... 5RMB a pair~~!! Besides, my bag accidentally hung a star necklace, while I was squeezing inside the crowd... AIYA...
Since it was still early when we left the Zoo, I hang around at the mall close to Ms Chen's place before the Mandarin class... Had a Starbucks hot choco and nearly felt asleep in the shop...
Took Metro again when going back to dorm as I need to get my bike~* Felt so tired and slept till 8 when Caf woke me up for the Seafood dinner...!!!! We had those very small crabs with LOADS of 羔!! Tkz Tien the great cook~~!! Chat, and food, and Coke, and back dorm for the hot shower and sleep again!!!

081231 :: Bob Dowling's paper done before countdown
woke up late, and finished dowling's final paper before meeting up with Jen at around 9 for hotpot... Cant believe WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT for out seats at 9PM!!! China people used to eat early~*
Ate a big dish of fresh duck tongue... Argh taste sooooooo great... and the noodles... relli love the hotpot at 海底撈 soooo much XP
Back Jen's home by taxi when we finished dinner... Cant believe the metro stopped so early tonight... it was just 1130!!! Alright, back Jen's home, and we switched on TV for countdown... heard Leon Lai singing horribly and at the same time webcaming with fanny~~* Chats on Taobao AGAIN heheeh**
Then I saw the lovely mugs I sent to Jen on the table, cleaned them and got some water... and found out we missed countdowns as I received calls saying HAPPY NEW YEAR to me... OMG... what's wrong with the mainland TV station, arent you suppose to countdown with these new year program? ==" I was washing mugs during the 2009 countdown =(

081230 :: I missed Ethics exam!!!
This is the WORST DAY ever...
Used to know Ethics exam is in the next week (1st week of Jan)...
But then I found out I missed it TODAY when I get back for the Econ class...
Steven keep saying to me in the morning when I was parking my bike, "Marie did you miss the test?" And I said, "What is the test?" Then I later found out they are supposingly talking about the EXAM!! How come I don't know?
Run to Limei and ask her on what I can do... while I am going to have my ECON class too.. SHIT... Then she asked me to do it NOW... OK, and the funniest thing is that my computer shut down suddenly when I finished HALF of my exam... everything was lost... DAMN... how can it be so "BLACK" today?!?! Spent another hour and finished it... it's so difficult...
Gone mad and shout to Jen and met up with her for lunch... then back dorm with my essay AGAIN.. Poooooooor!!!!
Indeed, why there is never a timetable showing all our exam dates, in either the system, or at least, an email?!? It's really CRAZY here!!!

Stuck in my room for Fan Hong's essay... And I finally finished the 1st 2000 words, which is the summary on 'internal communications'... and the other 1000 is still waiting me to go...
Got Jen's call and she was still MAD with the changes of exam date by her faculty members... Went out to 桃李 for hotpot with her, and she told me the whole story on how she scold her classmate to tears, and that the exam date is LIKELY to change again, plus some of her classmates has already paid for changing dates of their air tix, and how ridiculous things can happened in Tsinghua... WAAAH~~
Met up with Caf, Norma and Roger during hotpot... haha Jen finally saw Roger... Alright, Caf joined us and we have some nice chat on our Harbin trip...
They came up to my flat to view the trip's photo.. =)
