I think I caught a flu..

Sore throat last nite, started taking the Panadol Cold & Flu medicine, but seems little help only >< keep drinking water and had a vegetable soup today...

Anyway, brought the Original Coke bottles back to school at 8... then after class, started to discuss the ad... AFTER A WHOLE DAY HARDWORK, we had comprimised with 2 sets x 2 versions = 4 ads!!! Yeh, we overide the other group with 2 ads + jingle!!!

"Virgin Work"... messed out layers on photoshop, and my mouse left button broke today, so i was doing everything with the PAD on my laptop keyboard >< ARGHHHHHHHHH!!! Alright, gotta ask Rita 收我為徒 XP

8am for global companies class... our group has no time to present coz Fields got us a taste test... HAHA funny.. relli cant distinguish between coke and pepsi? big assignment next week again... print ad!!! aiya, gotta call rita for help LOL!!

media class... afterwards, and pop out for facial and back for writing lab... hahaa we talked about tenses today!! relli like the morrisons... they are so nice and cool!!

ride to find my bike doctor as i owed him money... then got to the market to buy stuff for food and dinner... cooked the minced pork tomato pasta today!! HOHO taste like what dad did before... great!! (well, indeed, i called home for help on how to handle the minced pork!! do i need to wash them?! LOL)



Finished my BIG BOWL of pasta and got to bed... phone keep ringing but pretended cant hear anything... woke, and started to update my blog... coz got mom's email this afternoon of asking me Y seems i was lost in space... OK... enjoying my 清保 (beg i got all 3 words worng)... it taste too sweet tonight ><

090323 :: Sleeping day

I was quite sick this morning, becoz of the everchanging weather ><

No air again in my bike's wheel... spent so much energy to back to the school building in the morning and have been feeling dizzy for the whole class... indeed, i want to throw too... anyway, got my bike to fix after class and found out that i forgot my wallet... Owed my bike doctor for 8RMB, and back dorm for a long rest... Cancelled Mandarin class again, and wake up at 6, drank a bowl of chowder clam soup... did a few pages for the Coca Cola and Pepsi presentation, and back to bed again ><

090319 :: Wallmart visit with classmates

Finished my Public Speaking class and met up with Bird for lunch at the canteen... He introduced a HK gal to me, who has applied for our course... Lydia, if I remember her name right...

She left quite early as she has 1pm class... So Bird and I keep on chatting, and I got a news that he's dated marcus and sine to wallmart at 2... naaa, i want to go too... i mean i really want to hang around with classmate for visits... so we got a cab, and shop there for 2 hours =) Marcus bought a lot of cooking utesils as he said he gonna cook in his room... and i got shoe brush, rice, and jelly!! YEH!!

Back dorm, packed for my weekend trip =)

090318 :: Wonderful Mandarin Class

Finished my public speaking ppt and asked Ms Chen to revise with me on my mandarin pronounciation... I think my ppt is interesting, and the topic too.. which I was asked to present a 事件 and i used my mobile phone incident for the presentation... See some of the pages below...




Did some laundry and tidy up, and assignment, and stayed in my room for the whole day and ordered food for diner again... HAHAA... eggplant today!! The rice taste great again... Jen said, her frenz told her that the NE rice in China will be cut once a year, and that's why it is fat in outlook and taste good and healthy... =)

090317 :: our career development class...

SUPER exhausting day again...

8am class... till 1130am... then got to Lush for lunch with Paul, Nikita, Lida, Kay and Ana... They keep saying... ARGH, Zhou is in a good mood recently... RIGHT, think so =) 115pm on fin writing class becoz Zhou is going back home next week... ARGH... 2 presentations, then, we got a QUIZ... OMG, the Qs is really hard:
- 50% write 2-3 graphs for a company which rating gone from AAA to AA+ (i haf no idea what that company is)
- 50% to explain another 2 fin terms...

I raised my hand to ask if we can use the internet... then Zhou smiled and said... NO... EEEE!!! I relli duno how to handle the first 50%... anyway, i made up stories

Career development class afterwards... Naaaaaaaa... we talked about everything, but juz minorly touched on our internship...

Anyway, rush for massage after that thing as I feel my knees are so painful when I was riding my bike this morning... Got Jen for Jap food at 一心, and the soft shell crab sushi taste really great =)

090316 :: Crazy Monday

8am class for Ann Morrison, then...

PR class finally fixed on today's afternoon, with a short notice... and we have to get our presentation materials all ready at 3pm... it's been crazy, and I had cancelled my meet up with Ms chen becoz of the presentation...

We are doing the companies which reputation is turning BETTER... my part is about the GBJ course.. and everybody was excited of it... Cool, got some nice feedback...

Super tired afterall... and prepare again for the Wallmart thing for Tue morning... Ordered food because of all these busy work... A Cheese Curlet with rice... ARGH, the rice taste really good... and i finished nearly the whole box!! =)

090315 :: Astonomy Museum

Woke up late, got Jen, and moved together to the BJ Astonomy Museum... Can't believe the big building next to the Zoo is just for showing movies... We watched the first 4-D Show called "Deep Sea", and another one which is about the stars and universe... URGH... stuffy cinema, and... indeed, we both don't think the show worth its price... beg we both spend nearly 80RMB for the 2... The only interesting thing there is the exhibition hall showing all the universe photos.. URGH~!!

Then hang around wif Jen at the Zoo market for his bro's pants... URGH... so many people there, and I really hate it... Besides, I don't see the quality is OK at all...

We then got to ZhongGuanCun WUMART by bus, as I need to shoot pictures for my Global Corpoation Course... Dinner before 6 at that Dung Boh Restaurant... and had a spicy 東波肉... taste not bad except that it really taste spicy... LOL



Got another visit to Wallmart, bought a pack of NE rice... and got to Jen house for shower coz there is no hot water in my building... bought myself a lovely cheesecake at the bakery shop down at her building and back dorm... Yeh, taste gd!!

090314 :: Yuen Ming Yuen Visit

Met up wif Jen and Fanny after receiving several calls from the 2 for lunch... We ate pumpkin at TaoLi again... Em... today's Pumpkin taste not too good, and I was amazed by the crab thing... it taste... wierd... Beg the crabs are not fresh enough...

Jen said riding to Yuen Ming Yuen, and of coz rejected by me!! Hey, I relli dun want to bike!! So we got to our dorm, grab my camera, and took taxi downstairs... I think it's juz 10RMB!!! Then we get in and walk around... the sky is clear and we took pretty much pictures... The place looks good, and we walked around those rocks, but indeed, its hard to imagine how the building is like before it was burnt...



Took a long walk before arriving the S gate... and had the BBQ Chicken Wing at Tsinghua West Gate before going back to my dorm...



We suggested to have a nap before going out again for dinner, and had been to ZhongGuanCun 鹿港 again!!

090313 :: korean food street at WuDouKau

Wake up really late today and keep sleeping... then, out for facial, back for bits of work and sleep again...

Jen called for dinner, and we made out to try the Korean restarant at WuDouKau cinema's food street as we got that coupon... 20%off!!

Waaa.. taste good... and happy...

Forced Jen to drive me back... and work again!!!

090312 :: 1st interview in china

950 for the public class
and they were voting for the poster... and mine was 一個人去旅行...



and i relli thought it was like...
we vote for the best 3 poster than we will invite anyone from class to do the improvised talk on the topic...
mine has 7 votes... the highest (which i had casted one vote there)
and later i found i if i got the highest vote, i haf to go out there for presentation ==" ARGH.. didnt prepare for any ppt... and speak like crap

after class rush back dorm to dress up for interview...
it's so windy today and i got taxi to the mtr station
took me 1hr20 min to arrive Illuminants at Yonganli... =="
So tired!!! 20 minutes chat with Ms Zhu, then walk to Soho for Jap food lunch and back to tsinghua for the bridge meeting...

630 at su's building... and 3 person/ organizations which reputation turns Good.. we chose goody from UK, samsung and GBJ!!!
tired tired day and called mom for some chat!!

090311 :: exciting PR class!!

woke up at 9 worked on all the PR press con stuff... press release, speech, Qs, media signup sheet... and got out at 1230 for the printing job... spent like 60+ RMB for these stuff...

Get to the classroom at 120pm... All are busy preparing materials for the press con... our issue was, Qin Guan coming out to speak for CPG on y U tube was blocked on 4th and 5th March... GOOD SHOW Bridge, we did a great job and even Prof Dong asked if we have read his notes, and we said NO, then he sort of sending out a compliment, saying "the you guys are really a genius"!!!

I think we really make a great team, Bridgers! 4 more classes to the big challenge~!!

Back dorm after class, ordered food, the pork egg jap style rice, and started on the public speaking hw again... ARGH... 500 words in CHINESE!!!

090310 :: Dinner wif Prof Guo, Hotpot wif Prof So

Class from 8-4... sooooooooo tired...

Got to Bldg 6 to look for Prof Guo, Michael and Cong for dinner... haf some chat, and we ate pumpkin!! yeh~~

Back dorm to park my bike and out again to the hotpot place... the taxi driver duno the way so i juz use my instinct to lead him the way to 海底撈... hoey was there already... so funny, in suit... laughed and took pics... and eva, the little gal from peking u, exchange, is cool too...

prof so arrive at 840 and we started order food... hahaa had so many kind of food and seems only jen and i like the duck tongue...

prof so treated us the dinner... ard 350 wif 5 people including him... then jen rode her electic-bike back home, and the others got onto hoey's car... we first sent eva back to peking u, and then prof so to bagau... its so far away and we finally get lost... LOL hoey's GPRS is super stupid!!! esp the way back to tsinghua!! keey asking us to turn around and indeed we shd go straight...

missed hot water curfew and got to his house for shower... he drove me back... and i was about to work on the public speaking hw but finally falled asleep!!!

090309 :: Fight with the course professor

8am class on Morrison's writing... then got to the other room with the gbj to talk to prof shi abt the course... he "lookS" shock, but i duno if he relli duno about this stupid incidence on our china economy course, or he pretends... he asked sujing to come down, and come-on, her acting is really shit! y not get a mirror and do some rehersals before coming to us? huh? ends with prof shi saying that he will follow up and help us...

Back to gbj room for the another Morrison's class on writing... WAAAA his preposition Qs is SO DIFFICULT!!! See below some:
- The room measured three meters ____ five.
- In the floods there were 10,000 square kilometers ____ water.
- He was so ill, he was ____ the help of the doctors.
- The boxer lost the fight because he hit his opponent ____ the belt.
- I no longer had the responsibility. It was a weight ____ my shoulders.

Finished the first draft of tomorrow's Lead Comparison presentation with Maisie before getting back to dorm for my Mandarin class... Got Paul's call to ask about the video thing... Went back to GBJ when I heard a bad news from Su that Shi juz told all that we haf to take economics and somewhat to drop PR...

And our group got back to the speech record... Finished around 6 and Paul didnt show up... Cleared everything and leave to Bridge with Kay and there we saw Paul and the Hunan TV Anchor staying together... WA WA WA... he's relli so busy naaa~~~

Dinner, and Jen joind, and Paul came around to say HI... then back dorm again for HW HW HW...

090308 :: The Xiangqin Dinner

Woke up late, washed some clothes... *urgh* the machine is sick and they are still so WET... and keep on sticking to HW, until... Paul called me in the afternoon asking me to go for the dinner...

that's relli a funny experience...

he asked us not to be late and wait at the local gals dorm.... met him along the way when su and i were walking there to bldg 32, but he didnt offer to drive us to the front... ok... then we walk there ourselves...

met up wif maisie and hannah and we had some nice chat
waited for at least 30 min when the 07 gals and paul's frenz arrive... saw at least 6 cars there waiting for us, and he asked 2 of us to get onto one... HELL... and we 4 08 gals juz bumped into the same car!! HAHAA

got to the west gate SHEEP hotpot... omg, so i haf to order food when i back to my room? luckily the sauce make all the food taste the same... and i was fulled... and another interesting thing is, the 4 of us keep chatting in Eng throughout the dinner, and the guy sitting next to us haf no idea on how to join our topic at all!! LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! when dinner is finished, mr paul asked if me if will go to K... o no, i still haf loads of hw, and all of us haf stuff to go... when that guy sitting next to me learnt that we are busy after paul translated my words... he looks really shock... haaa.. relli hate entertaining these "二世祖"... drive cool cars but cant even tell us anything about their works, their jobs...

back dorm, and finished with Ann Morrison's TV essay!!

090307 :: Gossip wif Eilly

Woke up and got Eilly msg for lunch... we date at the bridge cafe, but i got to the WRONG one...!!! she waited for a bit, and we had a nice lunch wif pizza, spagetti and hot choco, and of coz... nice chat too!!! HAHAAAAAA~~~ Tkz!!

Went back to the first bridge cafe for my doing my readings, when Jen called me for dinner... i asked her to join, stayed till she finished the spagetti i take this afternoon, and i forced her to go to the market with me to buy pork for my soup!!

Brought Jen to the Sports centre for her badminton fun... ai, dun understand y she still not sure the way... then back home, and boiled my soup.... and of coz... HW!!!

090306 :: Ski again at Nam Shan

Woke at 730 and get out to meeting up with Jen for Ski...

ARGH!!! SO TIRED and SLEEPY...

We had a take away Mcdonalds breakfast on the coach, and got to Nam Shan at 945... waited quite a while for the ticket... beg they calculate wrong on our fee and we each payed no more than 70 for all the fees including transport, one day pass, skiing equipment and locker!!! MAD that's relli cheap...

Tried the beginner slope for at least 20 times and we finally got up to the hill in the late afternoon... Jen was worry at first, but after my long explanation on the runway, she didnt relli fell down in the first trial... we got up the hill for 4 times finally!! HAHAHAAAA~~~

Very exhausted and slept when got onto the coach at 530... since jen phone has no money and she lost the number of the restaurat we intended to go... she called caf for settling the issue on the journey... the street is so cold and we spent so much time on the street catching a cab... managed to arrive at the restaurant at 7 and had a really BIG dinner with delicious sashimi and sushi rolls!! YEH!!! want to go there again already!!!

Back dorm, and was struck by another BAD NEWS...
Got an email from the course TA in the morning... which like urging us to take the China Economics Development course again on Thur, which clashes with PR... and Nikita sent out an email that out of his free will, the fucking course was added to his fucking schedule which cannot be dropped... he asked all to check...

And of coz... me and the whole class got the same problem... This is relli ridiculous... you know? who can that be....? adding in a class to our system without acknowledging us... which the course is not the requried credit and has not been put into the timetable which had sent to us in this January... I am very pissed and disappointed of the school's way of playing this black hand... Come'on, Tsinghua is a international class U~~~ Nearly the whole class is angry... and i relli can't do it, coz i haf no more tendency to add my course up to 7 this semsester...

Finished Advanced writing hw later in the nite and Ended my day with chats with many people... ><

090305 :: i decided to take Fan Hong's

Audited the public speaking class again...

Prof Fan ivited me out for presentation, and I was again speaking crap mandarin... Well.. i seeked her advise if whether i shd take her course, and her ans was YES, which is a way for me to improve my mandarin...

Keep struggling for the whole day as i think there's quite a lot of course work there... Lunch with Sissy Arron Hupan in the canteen... Sissy said if i decided to take the course and in case i need any help, she's always there... =) so sweet...

Back dorm, updated my CV and took a CV photo with self shooting by my D60 in my room... edited with photoshop, and see how COOL I look... *my teeth is BEAUTIFUL!! WAHAHAHAAAA... and my skin too... perfectly smooth... WAHAHAHAHAAAAA... HAPPY!! (indeed, this is really a big project and I had made my room so messy now!!!)

Miss Chen arrived at 530 and we had our mandarin class... lingchuxuzhu... hard to pronounce... >< meet up with Bridgers at 8... paul is not there... we decided on doing the press conference on the youtube case... of chinese govt blocking the site due to the tibet event anniversary, and we are going to represent the govt on the crisis management...

hang around till 9, called mom for a long chat, then meaning for another chat... and MISSED HOT WATER.... >< Finished my CHINESE resume tonite... yeh!!!

090304 :: Another pissed day

Shocked by Paul's email and his work last night, but received a nice message from Kay on her advise.

Brought back laptop to sit ShiAnbin's Cultural Studies class... and keep re-editing the the document... Spent me like an hour till the break when I finished... He who sit at the back of me asked if he can sit with me, then asked y my ppt looks the same as his... WHY? coz that's a group presentation and that's y i m incorporating his into ours... have discussed in the meeting rite? then he told me he changed his ppt and i asked him to change it back into OUR TEAM's copy as i have just sent it out in the email. then he asked if he can present his, i said shd we discuss with the group?!

OK, then after class, we gathered together and discuss... he in cantonese asked me if he can present that himself... y not speak in english?! alright, i invited everybody to join the discussion and made my point that its groupwork... he said he will like to Kay's and Kay said, yes, group work...

Asked me for dinner, and Su and paul joined... god... paid us and ask us to allow him for using his own ppt for presentation...

When su was out for setting up the presentation, he suddenly came up with is nb, unplugged the wire and connect the projector to his to do his presentation... su was shocked, replied with nth more than OK... Damn...

We are all pissed... he ruined the flow... and he left us shit out there to follow up... y on earth haf such wierd people?!

Dinner with Hannah... and went to the semiar by the CUHK professor... Tkz to my local classmates... you guys are sooooo sweet... the room there were filled with people.. and we shared chairs there... and I enjoyed much for the walk with Vicky and Hannah... They are relli funny people =)

8am class, Fields talks about company structure... coglomeration... bla.. then economics term... bored die... and maybe my face is looking too blank that he laters come to me ask, "Hey Ms Tam how's are you"... URGH!! SERIOUSLY BORED by u... can't u recognize?

950am class follows... Media Management... Bored again... but bits better than the 1st class...

12noon... get to the Global Resources Hall for the pizza party.. Can't believe su and i were the first to arrive... even we were not "5 minutes early" (phrase heard most these days, as it is repeated at least 5 times each class, and at least 10 times in Zhou's class)

Saw Elly, aaah... long time no see =) She got new hair style.. HAAA.. FAKE LONG HAIR, and I was short!

btw, can Bird just ask less silly Qs? It was like...
Zhou, "If you cannot find an intern, we suggest you to go back to your home country"
Bird, "I have a question Prof Zhou, can I go back to Thailand for my internship?"
Zhou (giggling), "Yes Penuwat (bird's eng name) You may... ... ..."

Morning class at 8am on writing..
My drill exercise was shown in class as a bad example... ++

Quick meeting with the PR group team at 10... and had our photos taken...
We had also confirmed our name and company color too!! Back dorm, excited for designing the logo.. WAHWAHWA... See below on what I did after 1.5 hour... looks like kids drawing...

Dinner with Jen at Yan restaurant... the 東坡肉 was lost from the menu >< I really want it!!!! YEEEEE~~~

090301 :: sing k in bj~~!!

Woke up late, did some coursework for PR, then got to sing k with Jen in "K Box"... HAaa, cool, quite a lot of Canton songs, just its really hard to find the singers as there is no order and everything in the menu are in simplified Chinese...

It was around 7 we got to the bbq jap food for our dinner... TERRIBLE Salmon sashimi and grilled eel... but the beef and the ox tongue is really tasty LOL

Home... bath... and slept

090228 :: Long missing hotpot

Woke up at 8 in the morning to finish Ann Morrison's HW... (due at 10am)...

Then back to bed again... Woke in the afternoon, watched "La Lingerie" (not bad woh.. Angelababy is so pretty...) and had my Korean sushi food delivery as lunch... it looks and taste quite nice... 15 yuan only!! =) Happy...

Slept again and got Jen's call for Hotpot at 830...
There we had 3 of her frenz, Roger, and Roger's fren...
Hate the mutton put into the soup... so keep on hafing food at the spicy side... =="

ARGH... bits of sore throat coz of eating too much spicy stuff.. SLEEP EARLY!!
